BLUE

Blue might be a cold color but it sure is calming. If you feel stress coming over you, pop into the blue room.

If all the rooms around are bright red, you might just have to close your eyes. Float off to the ocean. Take in the sky. See the water
slowly washing ashore in your mind’s eye. Imagine a soft blue sweater. Float in a clear blue pool.

Ah…that’s better.
