BLUE
Blue might be a cold color but it sure is calming.
If you feel stress coming over you, pop into the
blue room.
If all the rooms around are bright red, you might
just have to close your eyes. Float off to the
ocean. Take in the sky. See the water
slowly washing ashore in your mind’s eye. Imagine a
soft blue sweater. Float in a clear blue pool.
Ah…that’s better.
From David Leonhardt
The Happy Guy
With the two recent
plane crashes, many people may be nervous about
flying. As a pilot myself, I know that flying
is incredibly safe. But that doesn't always
take away the fear. If you have flying anxiety
and must fly for business or personal travel, check
out the Soar program from a former airline captain
and now licensed therapist, Captain Tom Bunn.

"One day at a time - this is enough. Do not
look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone: and do not
be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in
the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth
remembering."
